Pevensey Parish Council was please to be informed that Wealden District Council were successful in their bid to have a changing places toilet to be installed in Sea Road Car Park.

Pevensey Parish Council encompasses the village of Pevensey and Pevensey Bay.
The Council is the first tier of local government for Pevensey comprising of 13 Councillors who are elected or co-opted for up to four years.

The Parish Council employs a part-time Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer who carries out the administrative work associated with the day to day running of the Council.

The Parish Council has statutory duties and powers to provide services for the Parish. It provides allotments, a community building, dog and litter bins, community facilities including recreational areas and boat berths. The Council owns public open space within the village on behalf of the community.
