Pevensey Parish Council has been instrumental in encouraging groups and businesses to hold events over the Jubilee weekend to mark and celebrate the Queen’s 70 years on the Throne. People can attend a variety of events including cream teas, street parties, commerative meals, walks, displays parades, picnics, music and Services to enjoy and remember.

Peter Lowton, Chair of Pevensey Parish Council said “After a very successful Vehicles of Yesteryear meet in April, Pevensey & Pevensey Bay have responded and come up trumps by providing a variety of ways to mark the historic and unique Queens weekend. They show how much small villages can do to help attract visitors and also to provide something for residents of all ages to enjoy. Our next event is the Community Dog Show on 26 June”
