Message from the Chairman of Pevensey Parish Council

Pevensey Parish Council wishes to express its sincere condolences to The Royal Family following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The Councillors and staff of Pevensey Parish Council are deeply saddened and our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this time.

Flowers:

Members of the public may lay flowers at the memorial to commemorate HM Queen Elizabeth II’s visit to Pevensey in 1966, which is located outside the East gate to Pevensey Castle.

Books of Condolence:

A book of condolence will be available in the Ethel Wood Community Centre, Coast Road, Pevensey Bay for people wishing to send their condolences and it will be available between 9am and 3pm, from Monday 12th September to Thursday until the day after the funeral.
